The School's activity unfolds within a national school, with the headquarters in Bucharest, and a regional school, with the headquarters in Brasov. The European School of Transylvania was inaugurated on 20 May 2005.
During the seminars organised since its foundation, the School enjoyed the presence of remarkable personalities of the Romanian academic and political life, such as: Gabriel Andreescu, Daniel Barbu, Iulian Chifu, Emil Constantinescu, Dumitru Costin, Daniel Daianu, Mircea Dinescu, Alexandru Farcas, Jeana Gheorghiu, Constantin Hlihor, Eduard Huidan, Dumitru Iacob, Aurora Liiceanu, Marko Bela, Adrian Nastase, Mircea Aurel Nita, Bogdan Olteanu, Vladimir Pasti, Doru Pop, Ioan Popa, Luminita Popescu, Marius Profiroiu, Alexandru Radu, Adrian Severin, Ilie Serbanescu, Dragos Seuleanu, Vasile Tran, Adrian Vasilescu and Renate Weber.
The seminars of each school are organised following a different calendar for each one of them. The organisation of the seminars is made by the School's director assisted by one project assistant for each school.
