The School is headed by an Advisory Board. The Advisory Board is made up of Romanian public life personalities and establishes the procedures for the selection of candidates, identifies the most appropriate subjects to be approached in the seminars and chooses the teachers and experts to lecture. It also supports the School in fund raising activities.

At present, the Advisory Board is made up of three members.

		Mr. Dan-Mircea Popescu, MP, Minister of Labour and Social Solidarity (1991-1996, 2004)
		Mr. Ilie Serbanescu, Economist, Minister of Reform (1997-1998)
		Mr. Constantin Hlihor, Professor, Dean of the History Faculty, Dimitrie Cantemir Christian University
		Mr. Dumitru Iacob, Professor, Associate Dean of the Communication and PR Faculty, State University for Political Studies and Administration
		Mrs. Aurora Liiceanu, Senior Researcher, Romanian Academy Psychology Institute
		Mr. Iulian Chifu, Professor, Presidential Advisor
		Mrs. Anne Juganaru, Director of the "Ovidiu Sincai" European School

The Advisory Board also assists the Director in designing and planning the seminars.
