The School is headed by an Advisory Board. The Advisory Board is made up of Romanian public life personalities and establishes the procedures for the selection of candidates, identifies the most appropriate subjects to be approached in the seminars and chooses the teachers and experts to lecture. It also supports the School in fund raising activities.
At present, the Advisory Board is made up of three members.

The Advisory Board also assists the Director in designing and planning the seminars.
